Rubbish. There is no discernable user difference between this app & the browser version. Asks me to 'log in' every time I choose a function which requires some form of personalisation, such as; account info, previous orders, current orders etc. This is despite clicking the 'stay logged in' option. I genuinely do not see the point of this app - as I said, there's no discernable difference between the app or the browser version website. And that's a shite website too! Functionless. Pointless.

Espares have no idea about customer service when something goes wrong. Failing to keep to their contact message and no phone number to contact. W5hen they contacted me to my refund was on its way it was with a sarcastic "Thanks." Customer Service Team. The postage costs are ridiculous.

eSpares are very good option for self repair. Lots of major parts for appliances. Generally my go to in recommending to others. Search has not always been the best in the past but it will be there somewhere.
