Damp & mould risk assessment

The Colemanator APP is intended to be used by building surveyors, home inspectors, drying specialists, landlords and even homeowners to determine air quality in circumstances where damp, mould and condensation are considered a problem.

Using just a few user supplied details the APP calculates the psychrometric properties of the air and evaluates the air quality using parameters provided in an ‘Indoor Air Quality Matrix’ (IAQM)

The Matrix provides smart data driven analysis which will assist the user in determining whether the air quality is good or bad and provide an aid to the diagnosis of condensation and mould.

Really useful app and easy to understand information. I use it as a building surveyor to help understand what is going on in a home, and to provide clear information about how temperature may (or may not) resolve condensation related issues.

Great app, use it every day now. Something for the future maybe, if we could export our results as a pdf or excel sheet etc that way we can include the findings in reports to clients?

Really easy to use app to help understand if condensation is an issue within a property and what the underlying issue is. The information is really clear and will help me to explain to my client's what is happening in their homes.
