I've had nothing but problems with the app. I am using an Android Samsung S10. 1) If I receive a circleloop call when I am using my bluetooth earphones, I can't hear anything, even if I disconnect my bluetooth device. 2) I keep receiving a pop up saying that I need to have a permanent direct connection with circleloop in order to receive calls. I have selected this but it still doesn't work. 3) app crashes continuously 4) I have to delete and reinstall at least once a week.

Even worse since update, If we get a call we can't always answer them, more often than not we only know of the call by the missed call email notification, and then when we open the app it isn't there. Can't return the call directly anymore, In the middle of talking to someone and it cuts out and when we go to the app and open it the call is still live with the person wondering what's going on on the other end. After each call need to reinstall the app.... Not good at all!!

Just updating my review, as I'm amazed I still don't get notified of calls or messages. The one time I got a notification of a call, I couldn't accept it. Notifications don't take you to the message. So if I get a message, I have to open the app, and find the message myself manually. Texts aren't even in a single place - you can't see texts in a conversation view. Hasn't improved for years. Truly the worst app. Have to use it for work. Resent it a lot.
