About this app

Welcome to the My Cottsway app. If you are a Cottsway Housing Association customer, you can use this app to manage aspects of your tenancy.
You need your agreement reference (on your rent statements and most letters from Cottsway) and to register for this service and you’ll need to have an email on record with us before you can sign up.

Once you’ve registered, you can use My Cottsway to:
• Make a payment securely with your credit or debit card - you can also save your card details for speedier future payments via the portal
• View your rent balance, transaction history and any other charges
• Set up a new Direct Debit
• Update your contact details

Can't even access it, as it doesn't recognise our log in details. Cottsway Housing know about this problem, they promised to correct it, but have not done so.

very poor app that doesn't let you report repairs

trying to register on this site, but due to my age, I have to go back for so many years, which is taking forever. so I have given up.
