About this app

The Grind® app for Android is the quickest and easiest way to order and pay for your coffee at any Grind.

- Customise, order and pay for your coffee in any Grind, from anywhere.
- Skip the queue and collect straight from the barista.
- Pay using debit / credit card, or with your Grind Card points.
- Earn, redeem and track the points on your Grind Card.

London is a busy place, but an extra ten minutes in bed shouldn't cost you your morning coffee.

With the Grind App, select a Grind, choose your drink and customise your order - with all your favourite orders saved for next time. Pay by credit card, debit card or Apple Pay, and we'll see you at the Grind for collection. Your coffee will be ready a few minutes after you place your order.

Rewards are earned automatically and can be redeemed for free coffee or cocktails. If you have a Grind Card already, you can link it to your account and keep earning right where you left off.

Ratings and reviews

the app is ok, it has some bugs and quirks but it's stanle. however, the very annoying thing is that it defaults to paying (a coffee) with points when you want to save them for a particular order (a cocktail)...

Pre 2021 App started well, but stopped working after an update. Apr 2021 Can no longer complete a purchase. Emailed the company but nothing done. Sad. 2022 App started working again, but can't credit card. Sad.

Great coffee, great staff but the app is hopeless for customers who just want to walk in, buy coffee and collect reward points.
