New to MyHome?

Registering is easy, it only takes a moment. All you need is:
Account reference number
Your name
Your date of birth

If you don’t have your account reference number to hand, you can find it on your annual rent or service charge statement. Or email [e-mail], and we’ll get back to you as quickly as we can.

Ratings and reviews

The app is awful. I go into the make a payment option, fill in all the required details and make a payment, it then asks me to authorise the payment with my banking app. I do so but then the app goes back to the home page so you can't tell if your payment has been made! Bank says I've paid, the app says otherwise!! Now I'm £400+ down in my account, with my rent not being paid!! Just bloody awful!! Has this app even had the slightest bit of testing before release???

Can't even log in to the App! Apparently my ref does not match the system. Think it could do with a bit of revising!

Utterly useless tried to log in and told my account is no longer active.
