It's so easy and quick to use. Download the App and register just once. Our intelligent software will suggest your favourite Pick Up locations, and you're ready to book your a car.
When you make a bookings, we'll notify you by Push Notification as your car is dispatched. We'll also inform you when your car is 2 minutes away, giving you additional details such as registration number, make, model and vehicle colour.

Terrible app. I make a prebooking. Pre booking gets booked on the time I asked for (instead of having a driver turn up at the pre booked time) Constantly stuck on assigning driver. Assigns me 2 drivers where both somehow got lost and had to assign another driver and nothing happens. End up having to get a bus home which I didn't want. Waste of my time. I've only used this twice so far so not a good start Edit - I tried again after god knows how many months / SAME thing happened Use Uber

This app was great until about a month ago. I have noticed that strange amounts of money were being taken from my card. One transaction was for 4p? Have contacted them about the random amounts of cash taken from my card they were no help whatsoever. Yesterday I cancelled a taxi because it was going to be 15mins late from when I needed it so I cancelled and called another taxi company to get to my destination. The cancellation charge was £3. This is totally unfair as I only cancelled because it couldn't get me to my destination on time. I then checked my account and they have taken £9 from my account. My advice is to never pay by card and just use the app for cash payments.

Prices are rubbish. Estimated fare was £28.50, had clean run and was told fare £35.50, app doesn't include the driver's pay rise. Will go back to UBER
