Had the app a few weeks now. Happy enough with the layout and games. Worked fine for two weeks then kept getting stuck on the initial load screen for two days, "contacting site" message followed by error message. After two days, working again. A week later, just stuck on the initial load screen again, "contacting site" pops up and disappears and just the spinning chip stays. Been like that for 3 days, every time, despite two uninstalls/reinstalls. I'm just not going to bother.

tournaments are great but the app itself is horrendous. lags and crashes constantly. if app freezes and you close and reopen, the login screen just comes up black. happened to me multiple times mid tournament. had to download onto a 2nd phone so I can continue playing when it happens. for an app that people invest a lot of money into, simple things like this really shouldn't happen. sort it out.

App keeps crashing for no reason. This is definitely losing me money. Maybe its intentional?! Also I keep getting a message saying 'close tabs as memory on phone is low.' This is nonsense as I'm in the app not a browser so no tabs to close!! Besides, I have a massive memory on my phone! No other casino app ever does either of these things!🙄
