About this app

Our Run30 programme is a simple, easy to follow walk/run programme. Based on minutes moving rather than pace or distance, our low pressure approach to exercise has already supported thousands of women to move more in these challenging times. The 24 coached sessions are all between 30 and 45 minutes, ideal for the current restrictions on time outdoors.

You can start wherever you feel comfortable and repeat sessions if you need to, all with the support of TMR Founder, Mel Bound who will encourage you, give you supportive tips, and let you know when to run and when to walk.

Its a great programme to follow with your kids too - a perfect addition to their daily PE.

Our Run30 programme features:

Access to 24 Coached Sessions for life
Never run before? No idea how to start or how you'll fit it in? No problem.
Receive session by session coaching from TMR founder Mel Bound plus tips and advice from women who have completed the programme. Take 2 months, or 12 - this is all about doing at your own pace and we’ll show you how. The app provides guided running sessions and integrates with HealthKit, so that all your exercise data will also be available in your Health app.

Feel Part of a Community
Get inspiration and advice from TMR community members, who share their experiences, highs and lows, tips and hacks for getting started - and keeping going! And join a global community of Mums doing the programme too.

Advice you can Trust
Our bodies change post kids, and we know you have loads of questions. So our specialist women’s physio, Clare Callaghan, shares her advice on everything from leaky pelvic floors to the menopause, from running after a c-section, to how to cope with diastastis. She really knows her stuff.

Give it a go - try the first session on us
Put on your trainers, head out the door and try the first session on us. With a mix of plenty of walking and short periods of running, this session will give you a gentle introduction to how the Run30 programme feels.

Never has saved any my runs , and to be honest with you all , as a coach myself, UK athletics national governing body awards , I'm. better running with my garmin watch and linking it to strava . It's free unless you want more detail about how your running is progressing. There is a subscription fee off around £1.99 a month , you can join in challenges , some gives you discount on your running gear , and If I'm not mistaken, I'm sure that's where I first heard about this mum runs !!

Lovely encouraging coaching and good programme but the app keeps resetting during a run and I can't trust it when out running. So having to go back to another app.

Timer stops in the middle of workout. I would run and feel this seems like a long five minutes to find the timer stopped. It keeps doing it throughout my run.
