Ratings and reviews

Couldn't even complete registration. When I try to enter the verification code the so keeps telling me to enable location services, even though location is on and I have granted permission for the app to access my location. Why does it need my location to register my account? Not impressed.

App is useless every time I try to log on it tells me my policy cannot be found although email tells me it's live. With customer services only there Monday to Friday 9 till 5 lets hope we don't need them at any other time. Not very impressed.

Not phone friendly. Policy document is multi colum and unreadable. Contract only covers back street garage rates under. £65. Maximum claim £500. Don't know what my sales place paid but...
