AVOID AT ALL COST! One star is way to high of rating for this absolutely awful app. Both me and my partner downloaded it and tried to pay with multiple different cards with no luck so we left the car park. I then recieved a fine for £100 as stayed in the car park 1 minute 29 seconds over the 10 minute grace period. The company are useless to deal with and rejected my appeal! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

This has got to be the worst written app I have ever come across! Tried to use it at Shoreham airport, lots of people in front of me having problems, thought I would have a go, got to 'Pay' button, after several minutes, no matter how many times I tapped it, just would not work. Cannot use a secure password, as when google suggests one, it only fills in the first field - with dots of course, so you cannot fill in the second field. Lots of problems with autofill fields, dreadfully written code

Forced to use this app because the carpark took coins only and not cards (sorry who has over £10 loose change on them these days). The rest of Brighton uses PaybyPhone so this was immediately a red flag. Took 10 minutes to install and pay, only to find I was charged a 'booking fee' which was not highlighted at checkout. If I see any carpark using this service again, I will move on.
