I don't think I ever used a worse app. Every time I open it, it logs me out and asks for an email verification, which then never arrives. Eventually it let's me in and defaults location to Edinburgh despute having location permissions, the chargers on the map take forever to load, so most times you just sit there trying to get it to work. And even if it doesn't, it still charges your account which takes forever to return! Disgrace

Terrible app. I'm new to EVs, but this app is the worst app I have used. Like other reviews my location defaults to Edinburgh. The app and website were both unresponsive the other morning. I couldn't log on to start a charge. Another charge didn't have the option to stop the charge. I had to phone in to have the charge stopped and allow me to disconnect the cable. I have already lost confidence in charge place Scotland.

Unfortunately, you can't use the app anywhere! Tried 6 different charging locations and every one needed a physical RFID card, even the ones that customer services told me didn't 🤦‍♂️ In addition, racked up numerous £40 deposit charges (even though you can't charge) which I now have to wait to be returned. So would be a zero star but I don't think you can give that.
