Agree with lots of other reviews. Despite you saying you'll look into the issue back in November, where puzzles freeze if you go off and look at another App, this is still broken. You have spent time on a new look front page that doesn't work either - current streak on my phone (Samsung A53 5G) doesn't wrap round so if I have more than 2 I can't see them. It feels like you need to be doing more testing before releases. These seem like very obvious and annoying glitches.

Since the latest update a couple of weeks ago, having finally sorted the "selected puzzle not starting first time" issue, I now cannot use another app without having to restart the puzzle that I had open as I just get a blank page when I return to the app. Really infuriating, especially when trying to research for a cryptic crossword. Please fix this!

I agree with other reviewers, the app is clunky when it is working and often crashes or hangs, requiring it to be restarted. Use of screen real estate is poor, whether on a phone or tablet. It could be so much better. I was pleased to see a prompt response from the developer, who are working to improve the app. I have just downloaded the latest version of the app; loading a crossword is still variable. Sometimes it loads and other times displays a spinner, requiring the process to be canceled.
