I used wigo twice so far, the service itself was good, but the app is pretty faint and flimsy. The worst thing is that the map fully blacks out after I put the app to the background and then bring it back (or switch between this and another app). Please at the very least fix this (additional info: I checked and this only happens on Android 14 and I only tried on Google Pixel phones)! Regarding nice to haves a dark mode would be nice, as would push notifications about ongoing rides or bookings.

Congrats on the new downgrade of sharenow with this mol limo clone. Carsharing elore megy! It would be easier to tell whats good in this app than whats bad. The 1-star review was triggered when I needed to upload my new drivers license, and then, the app required me to "Complete registration" (I have like a 100 trips incl. Sharenow), but upon completion, there is no feedback, no option to show how the progress is going or even to open my own profile 😀 what a joke this app is

I am extremely disappointed with WIGO Mobility. Despite using the same credit card that has worked previously without any issues, their system failed to to pay a small invoice of 1,909 HUF. Moreover, they have the audacity to charge a 5,000 HUF fee for a second payment reminder due to their own technical glitch. This is absolutely unreasonable and shows a lack of respect for customers. I would caution anyone against using their services if you value fair treatment and efficient customer support.
