It logs out randomly and you cant log back in because somehow it keeps telling me im not inputting the right/most updated code (it literally is right and updated). I'm frustrated because i have an event in a while and still cant access my account. Please square up.

I bought a concert ticket and was asked to install this apps and have to register to this apps to get my real ticket for entry and I have to enter many private information (gender, age, etc). This mechanism is sucks

The application step is unnecessary when buying partner's tickets. Should have just gone with web applications for distributing QR. The application experience is okay, but it's not practical, and needs a lot of login steps. And the application can log you out arbitrarily.
