Terrible experience. The customer service is just a pacifier, they have nothing to do except blame the carrier. I booked a flight and it was in pending state. The mail said it will be confirmed in 3 hours. After calling the customer service (after the 4th call and a number of fake promises) they are saying that the carrier is not responding. So they can't tell me how long it will take for them to cancel or even if it will be cancelled. The point of booking through this platform is lost.

Day light robbery. Took 11k for round trip with clear choice plus(paid extra) for rescheduling facilities. There was both ways seat selection and meal bookings. During Rescheduling took me 7.2k. They cancelled both the seat selections and meals upon rescheduling. I called customer care and guy said it's non transferable which is apparently clearly mentioned, it is not mentioned anywhere, anybody can check. So now I will have to pay 2k extra again for seat, food. Last time I have used this app.

Very pathetic experience with Cleartrip. I booked a flight from cleartrip but cancelled directly with the Airline and was told I will get a partial refund of around 4k. I never received any refund and I contacted cleartrip and they informed me that the trip is cancelled but you have to cancel it with cleartrip again in order to get the refund. So i did and they further deducted around 2.5K from the refund amount and i only received 1.3K refund. This is a great way to scam people.
