Ratings and reviews

The app stopped connecting to Google Photos. Support denied it for weeks, then admitted it’s broken and promised a fix in June—still not working. Credits wasted and the app is now useless. Told to use the website, but it lacks key features. Their response? “Yeah, it’s not as good.” Not helpful. Check that the app works before buying credit. Try FreePrints Cards or MyPostcard instead, they actually work.

This app used to be great. Now it's constantly nagging to buy subscriptions, add ons or premium features, doesn't do horizontal postcard layouts anymore and doesn't let you put text on the front. I'm going elsewhere.

i have used this app for a while now and have always recommended it to people. until now. The app has changed for the worse- you cant write as much as you used to be able to. Hardly much at all. Their payment used to be good- paying per postcard or buying them in bulk (making the cost less per postcard). Now they are asking for a monthly subscription. What would be the point in paying monthly for this kind of service. Very dissappointed and i will be looking for other options.
