Ratings and reviews

The app is very good and deliverymen are very helpful. But items delivered are usually near their expiration date and get bad within a day or two. You cannot make changes in the address if you place an order in the wrong address. Sometimes the offers in store is not available on the app.

I am glad to have downloaded the app after doing my online shopping on the laptop for years. It's was a bit irritating to have to figure out where what was at the start, between all the advertisements for things I am not interested in. It is easy to add items during the day as I think of them, as I always have my phone within reach, so I don't forget things on my shopping list. The virus program on my phone likes the app, too, as scans have never raised a red flag. Would recommend.

Easy and time saving, especially for disabled people like me. I've been ordering Tesco online for 10 years. The current app is a big improvement and easy to use, although there are occassionally a few glitches. Also, sInce the newest app launched, the desktop version no longer works for me. One improvement I've requested a few times, they need to make it easy to remove items from favourites.
