• How does Laundry24 work?
Select your required service and pick a collection & delivery date, leaving additional instructions for our drivers. We’ll then take care of your order, transporting it to your local store, cleaning your laundry, and returning your items within 48-hours*.
• Is my laundry washed with other people’s?
Never. Each order is independently managed and cleaned for hygiene and peace of mind. Your laundry is safe in our hands.
• How quickly is my laundry cleaned?
We aim to complete and return all orders within 48-hours*. If you need something cleaning urgently, please contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
• Why are you much cheaper than your competitors?
Unlike our competitors, we do everything in house. This means that your clothes are carefully transported and cleaned by an experienced Laundry24 member of staff. You’ll know exactly which store your laundry is being transported to, and if you have any questions, you can speak directly to your local store!

Ratings and reviews

the service is great, and the app is just not working well. you would never be able to update your card details. you won't be able to make sny changes to your order, so you will be billed the amount in the order no matter what. it is so hard to reach order payment due if you need to pay it in case of any technical issue. ordering is tricky, but you will get there eventually
