Absolutely ridiculous app, layout in serious need of an update - very old school. Security not so good. .. the amount of times I need to ring CU to request a new password is ridiculous even though my username and password are CORRECT.. I tried to login twice this morning and now I've received an email to say my account is suspended. Password were correct both times. Whenever I request a passcode to my mobile phone and input this code into the app it replies with "unable to check at this time"!

One of the hardest apps to log in if you havent done it in the recent past. Dont forget your password or username whatever you do lol.

Good app so far, still working my way around it.
