The Official App of Golf Ireland – Offers Golf Ireland members access to their golfing scores, profile, friends activity and relevant golfing notifications.

Golf Ireland features:

Ratings and reviews

Had high hopes. They were dashed. I hoped I could find what my handicap would be on any particular course. I could not find what I thought and assumed would be a very basic function. If that functionality is available somewhere in the app, which I was lead to believe was the case, then I missed it and congratulations for concealing it so well! Great app if you want to spend a half an hour playing hide and seek!

Despite having location turned on, the app keeps telling me to turn location on and won't allow me record my intention to play or to record my round after playing. For me at the moment it won't work. Hence the rating. I have to use my playing partners phone to enter a scorecard. Now it seems the location problem is solved.. But app won't allow me to find attester for my round..

Update 2022. Down to two stars from me now because of no improvements since it came out. Eg. In a graph who divides 8 into 3??? Reasonably good. Some teething problems like it showing you are not at the location message despite being on the Tee. Also a little bit buggy putting in playing partners names etc. Conceptually it's brilliant and as it improves it will be fantastic.
