Recently, Bleeper has really gone downhill. It used to be affordable, convenient, and have good customer service. Now it is only convenient. It has become significantly more expensive (200%+ more expensive), the customer care line never answers or calls back, and recently the app double charged me (credits and money) for a single ride. I love the idea of Bleeper, but it's really going downhill at the moment.

Terrific TY business idea but might be time to pack it in and let the big boys handle it. A woeful service. I could comfortably count on one hand the number of journeys I have taken with Bleeper that haven't ended with contacting customer service. For something so unreliable, I'm amazed the phone lines aren't open at the weekends. These problems should have been fixed long ago. I'm done with Bleeper.

Since the upgrade and change over, this app has been terrible. It used to be so easy and straightforward to use but now it really is useless. Much prefer Dublin Bikes for a much better experience overall. I tried to use one of the bleeper bikes in February, it wouldn't unlock and it also wouldn't let me end the ride. Bleeper sent me an invoice for 70 euros which is totally unaccpetable. This is still unresolved. I won't be using this app again.
