DO NOT USE!! Been using Babylon for years and liked it. Easy access to appts, instantly reorder prescriptions, easy access to medical records etc, made life easy. Since the switch to Emed, it's clear that it's profit over patient care. I was switched to private membership without asking to be or being notified! Care for NHS patients is subpar at best. Support line no longer 24/7 unless you pay!! Repeatedly asking for records, they say they will send, but still nothing months later! DISGUSTING!!

Im going to rate the app, not the service. Your app crushes on many occasions. During video calls the sound doesn't work. Reinstalling doesn't help and management in support team is not interested in building a flow that could allow reporting technical issues. eMed has a massive gap between ops and devs

Been using it since it was Babylon, the sharp decrease in quality has been shocking since they were bought by eMed. Now, my appointments are frequently cancelled at the last minute or the clinician never shows up (which is always news to them when I ask when I'm finally able to have an appointment with them). The support chat is horrendous, used to be connected immediately to a live agent now it's a 40-80 minute wait, until you're eventually told there are no live agents available!
