After placing order no tracking, and not sure whether books will get delivered or not. No reply to emails nor attend calls. Intermittently the app not even open, just show a black screen.

I don't know what's happening.I ordered a book and paid cash .but no more updates.No any information about when it will deliverd . Called to their office but not picking call. Totally disappointed.
