Worst rummy application. Don't download it. Only waste of time. Rarely win any game. Even if you win 1 rs. You will get only 0.85 paisa. 15 percent commission on every winning amount. You will feel like playing with robbot. Don't download this game and save your precious time and money.

The game application is very good but the customer care support is not at all good. They do not listen to any request of their players nor do they support it. Whether you go to the game support and ask for help or through Gmail, you do not get any response. There is no solution to the problem at all. Not there.

I have raised two withdrawl requests. None of them have been credited to my bank account and they are saying that some bank processing is going on. I reached out to support team. Getting the same response. Very poor customer experience in terms of withdrawl. They have said that the withdrawl happens in 3hrs and max 1 day. It has been much more than that but i didnt get my money back. Is this how you make money? By not letting customers withdraw money?
