Guys, Do not use this app and services from Broomes.They provides the horrible experience to their customers. I have paid 6month subscription fees, and now my money is wasted, they are not refunding the money and the resources are very disappointing though they claim them to be top notch but trust me they are not. I have dropped Broomes support a mail like 6 times..but no response at all.Highly disappointing experience

Extremely poor service - I've paid ~9K in advance and they have not been able to provide a cook to me for almost 15 days. One profile was shared with me who had no cooking skills. Another one was sent without proper guidance about the requirement and has refused to come. They don't even provide an update that their provided help will not be coming.

They guarantee assigning a helper in 2-7 working days and miserably fail in doing so. After paying them the entire money in advance, these guys don't even reply to messages. They charge heavy amount for just finding the helper and never mention that I have to pay the cook salary separately apart from this fees. Their customer support executives/regional managers are of no use and just make fake promises. It is way easier to find a helper/cook on my own. I just wasted 6k for nothing.
