We are with the farm and with the farmers through out the crop life cycle viz. planning for a particular crop cultivation to monitoring the herculean effort of the farmers at their land.

UMR creates thousands of self employment / entrepreneurship opportunity in agriculture sector through its customized and scientific training programs to the youth. It stops people migrating from own villages to cities to earn livelihood.
1. To undertake research, review, assessment and development activities of rural technology in rural area for increasing Agricultural production through agricultural surveys and crop health monitoring.
2. To identify and train people through agricultural partnership program so that the rural youths need not migrate from their village to the cities to earn livelihood.
3. To create an Agriculture Intelligence Group (AIG) and associating people to collect and digitise various agricultural information for its assessment and up-liftment purposes.
4. To provide all agricultural related services viz. Soil testing for Agricultural lands, Seeds packaging and marketing, scientific methods for Crop-Cultivation, Irrigation, Crop monitoring, Crop-harvesting, Crop-Storage, branding, Marketing and Trading.
