All the unnecessary updates in the new app that had us unable to use the app for 4 days and it isn't as user-friendly as the old version 🤦🏾‍♀️ One add-on that would have been useful would be a choice of language, something every bank I have been with has. Also, it is very slow to update transactions! Overall, it's a horrible app to use. Edit: my review is not due to it taking 4 days to be updated, that was understandable. The issue is it is not user-friendly and to this day, still inaccurate.

No any other language is availavle, which is difficult for foreign people who are coming to work in Italy and choose your bank

It will be helpful if there a language option
