Absolutely AWFUL. App didn't work on TV (Sony Bravia) made screen flash, had to unplug TV to reboot it to escape that. Asking me to log in, I had reset password earlier but it didn't recognise it on TV, app or website. Reset again, same problem. Reset again, same problem. Don't even think about responding with "you typed it in incorrectly" because that is not the case. You were however very efficient at taking £3.49 off me earlier in the evening for a film we now cannot watch.

Absolutely shocking UX and customer service. can't download anything despite it saying you can either to device or an SD card. can't Download to PC either. just doesn't even attempt that. stream quality is terrible. no option to download all. film and TV choice is poor and expensive for very old shows. customer service channels are full of dark patterns. make you jump through hoops in order to get cinema vouchers instead of issuing you with the codes like any other app would.

Was given a free code as an incentive to sign up but it's a waste of time and effort. The free code is for one rental but the vast majority of movies aren't available for rental, you can't see that until you have signed up though. I picked the one from the rental section I was most interested in (like trying to pick a poo up by the clean end) and then realised I couldn't cast it to the TV anyway. So even when it's free you can't really use it. Off to "apps owned but not installed" you go!
