Absolutely AWFUL. App didn't work on TV (Sony Bravia) made screen flash, had to unplug TV to reboot it to escape that. Asking me to log in, I had reset password earlier but it didn't recognise it on TV, app or website. Reset again, same problem. Reset again, same problem. Don't even think about responding with "you typed it in incorrectly" because that is not the case. You were however very efficient at taking £3.49 off me earlier in the evening for a film we now cannot watch.

Yeah great... another movie database.. (yawn) Good content, lots of choice. Rental prices are reasonable, purchase costs are on the expensive side. But none of that is important to me.I dont want my movie collection segregated.I want to purchase digital content and have it available from ONE source. I dont want to have to look through multiple apps/services/devices to browse through my movie collection and equally I don't want to subscribe to just one provider. DRM needs sorting, thats my point!

It's alright. I've had some vouchers through my mobile network. Very good selection of films. Comparable to competing streaming platforms. Changing time position in playback is very basic. Our of 4 titles I've watched, non had closed captions. This is a borderline deal breaker for me as I'm sure the captions exist for the titles I watched. Get your accessibility act together, Chili!
