I received this printer for Christmas 2024 and have loved it. a few months ago the app updated and now all the prints are washed out from the brightness being increased and all the prints come out more blue toned? I just reprinted a photo I printed last year and compared them, they are two totally different tones and the new print is so washed out. I love this printer but I really wish they could somehow fix this issue.

Descent app. Needs to add a QR feature to allow the pictures to be interactive. It would be nice to add a group of photos to a QR link. Even tried a workaround to add a sticker QR code with a 3rd party QR generator but you can't even add your own custom stickers. Furthermore, the app won't let you add a photo above another photo to make your own collage and the curated collages they have that are premade are not edible to adjust the size or quantity...

It destroys the quality of the photos. When a picture is selected on the app, looks great, but when printed, is like compressing a RAW to be a low quality GIF, specially when the photo was taken with HDR on. Also it really struggles to find the printer, probably more an issue with the hardware rather than the software but still, quite problematic. Ideallly, we should be able to use the printer without the app.
