Restart Reset Repeat. If the Bluetooth connects through the app but not directly with the notification of "incorrect pin or passkey" and causes the app to stall on sending to print; I did the following to get it to work: reinstall app and restart my phone, still didn't work--cancel print and reset using an earring pin (while the printer light is on) and try print again. Worked. Light should be green and not blinking blue now.

Device and app are a total scam, have tried on 3 different android devices and each time the app refuses to recognize the printer. All other devices requiring Bluetooth work just fine, avoid devices such as this where a broken app is required to actually use it.

Update: support reached out and after resetting it twice, it's working. It's a good little printer and app when it works. This app doesn't work anymore. I've updated the firmware on the printer and am connected with Bluetooth and the printer can't be found. So the printer is totally useless
