Everytime I try to play it always shows an ad and after I play it once, the second time, the game starts to freeze and the phone isn't hot at all. So please tell me how to fix this. And also t he time I pres the purchase button on the hamster house it just doesn't seem to work. But overall it's a cute game and really fun other than these issues

I absolutely love this it keeps u entertained, and I have nothing else to say other than the ads they pop up every round I do, and when I go collect my money next to it, it say double. I never press double but when I click the money next to it which says the m9ney that it would give me it gives me an ad anyway which I can't skip so whenever u go on this game press double the money. Thank you for reading this ♥️

I'm really enjoying this game. However, I purchased the premium no ads package but have not gained my costumes or has it removed the ads. The money went through but I see no change. Could I possibly get a refund? Id like to try making the purchase again but don't want to waste more money.
