I love this app, I have had it on 5 stars for a while. I'm only lowering it now because not long after buying the lifetime subscription, I got a new phone. There is a restore purchases button that doesn't restore purchases. An icon just spins for a few seconds and nothing happens. It still wants me to subscribe weekly, or lifetime. I tried contacting customer support a couple of days ago and I have had no reply.

The lifetime purchase is a scam. My lifetime purchase suddenly stopped working for no reason. The restore purchase function does not work. I liked the app so I made a second lifetime purchase, each time was for the same device. That purchase also eventually stopped working and they keep wanting me to buy it again. I emailed them and a bot replied asking for proof of my purchase. I emailed them proof of my purchases and they never responded. The app is good, but they are scamming people.

I originally put 5 stars because it does what you might expect. I switched devices and could not get logged back in to the pro version I paid for (lifetime membership $40) emailed them about the issue, got a response, provided proof of purchase, and haven't heard anything back from the 3 emails I sent after. it looks like I either payed $40 for nothing or that ill be paying double. company is a scam, there is no reason they should not be able to verify my purchase and reinstate my app.
