Nice and easy-to-use application. Best yet, none of those in-your-face nagging ads. Thank you. One feature is missing from adding text to photos, opaqueness. There is no feature to change opacity as in creating a watermark text. Also, I wish it had the option to store photos in albums. It seems like it does not, only copy or move files to folders. (Check Xiaomi's default photo app how they implement this well, and Google Photos.)

Edit: read the room. Your automated and condescending response isn't gonna win you favors. Original: Was great until the devs force you to upgrade to the "pro" version, which is basically the free version but now offered under pro. I'm sorry but if rather deal with a lesser app than forced to change to pro all of a sudden. There are a couple of same apps under different name and they all have comments saying the app forces them to pay again after upgrading to pro. Sus

It's good - looking, pretty user - friendly, and not too hard to understand - but Simple Gallery CAN'T or WON'T do one of the things that I'm currently looking for in an app: unhindered, customizable, movable photo ordering. Even when I make a new folder or album, either the "sort by" or "group by" settings (if not BOTH of them) force my pictures to be in a set order based on SOMETHING (name, date, file size, file type, etc.). I can't even move the pictures I DID upload to be how I want either.
