There is a lot of room for improvement. 1.Have a customer service chat feature to ease and trace communication. 2. Have the ability to chose seat, print ticket and reschedule (within guidelines) online without one having to physically visit the station. 3. Ease rescheduling and cancelation. The whole reason for rescheduling is because one cannot be available with good reason. Requiring one to physically visit a station to reschedule or cancel is ill advice and can be handled better.

The app is quite rigid. Can't choose a specific seat. Can't reschedule. Not user friendly at all. The customer care is even worse. Calls are never answered.

While this app is an improvement from where we started with physical booking, I feel KRC has capacity than some of the bus companies to add more features to this app. How is it impossible in the 21st century that a small bus company can afford customer a choice of seats while booking online, while SGR platform doesn't? I find it absurd that I can't choose a preferred seat(s) I magine booking for a family online and then your kids are randomly bookedto sit with strangers far away from parents!
