wont log in and keep asking to update details and after update it says user unavaible

This app doesn't login. I have tried to reach you on twitter but there is no valid feedback. When you get the OTP and press back it gets you back to the login page again. There is no way to go forward after getting OTP

It is impossible to log in since the screen won't go past the screen where you send the otp. The only thing it's good at is loading adds, yes adds in a government app.
