We've used this for about a month now. As others have stated, setting up the interface was a bit clunky and not very intuitive.. Once that was done and with the exception of one glitch (had to do a reset) it's been smooth sailing. The air quality in the bedroom has vastly improved, making for more restful sleep, and it is easy to use once the set up is complete.

I have a small apartment with two XLC's in it. I've been watching how these two devices seem to interact with each other, as their indicators both seem to change colors to match each other, even though they're not on the same floor. The app's presentation of this data is non-existent. Why did they go red? What changed? How can I isolate the possible reason why if I can't pinpoint the moments this is occurring? Winix, I know you can see trends because of the data clause. I want to see, too!

App does the bare minimum I guess. The inability to customize the purifier name makes this a stupidly frustrating endeavor when you have more than one unit and want a specific room name instead of just their nonsense presets. Even fter 1 year of owning 2 C545s (and buying two more today), this is still stupid design! Sure, I can rename it on the platforms I use (Alexa, Google, & Home Assistant), but if I want to use the app for my new ones, I'll have to remember which office is which!
