About this app

Korea Electric Power Corporation (KEPCO) is opening an application under the name ‘KEPCO ON’ so that you can easily and conveniently use KEPCO’s services in a mobile environment.

The services provided include inquiry and application for information related to electricity use, such as electricity bill inquiry and payment, electricity bill calculation, bill change, application for welfare discounts, customer consultation, and reporting of electrical failures and dangerous equipment. Inquiries can also be made through chatbot or 1:1 consultation.

If you have any inconveniences or suggestions for improvement regarding the use of the app, please visit the ‘Developer Contact’ website (KEPCO ON System Inquiry Bulletin Board) and leave your details, and we will reward you with better service.

Hate this app so much! 😤 Before the icon change and app overhaul to hell, you could simply select your payment icon, enter the customer number, pay, and get a receipt. About 1.5 minutes till done. Now, find the icon, create an account or go down Beezelbub's rabbit hole to figure how to get the app to acknowledge the customer number, pay, hope for the best, and good luck getting a receipt. It's like they don't want you to pay your bill! Why break something that was stable, just for fickle looks?

Enter correct customer number in bill but show can not found customer. Search by apartment number also doesn't show any results.

자동이체 좀 설정 할라 그러면 무슨 검증이 실패했다면서 오류나서 고객센터 전화하라 그러고. 근데 또 다시 들어가면 계좌 지정되어 있는 걸로 보이는데 됐나보다 하고 시간 지나면 전기료는 설정됐는데 수신료는 설정 안 돼서 사람 연체 만들기 부지기수. 맨 뭐 123에 전화하라 그러고, 그럴 거면 앱을 왜 만들어놨는지가 의문.
