The game is awesome and I'm hooked, but since updating the game it causes endless frustration. The very first hotel, where I am on level 1016, is suddenly almost impossible to complete. The customers stay so long while new ones pile up, meaning you simply cannot satisfy the required people. And it has nothing to do with my time management, the game is simply as if it is rigged all of a sudden. I am beyond frustrated, to a point where I'd rather find a new game to play. Why fix what's not broken?

It is genuinely a fun and challenging game. Simple concept well executed, with maybe one exception. I'm not sure if I am managing something wrong, but sometimes the RNG of rooms opening for cleaning vs. rooms needed at the desk don't line up to where I can keep a customer in the green. No matter how hard I adjust timing. It will be either way too long closed, or food, (check in), food, delay into yellow, then check out. If that makes sense. Otherwise I've really enjoyed this!

Find it little expensive as we progress, gems are expensive to buy and without buying you can't progress. I have to wait for 2 days without playing to gather free gems by ads watching..that takes away the fun. Else it's very addictive and great game. So far spent a lot of money and not feeling like spending more. Every hotel, every event, every thing needs gems which are very expensive
