This game is totally pay to play to advance past the first few levels! You should be able to play previous hotels, but you Can't (which means that if you do pay for upgrades, it's a waste)! There are several good games similar to this one, but with better rewards and actual opportunities for advancement. I suggest you try Grand Hotel Mania. I'm uninstalling this headache.

Loved it but then it became impossible to advance unless you made an in-app purchase. If I want to make a purchase, I'll make a purchase, regardless of whether you ask me to or not. But the very second that I am seemingly being forced to make a purchase to advance, is the very second I will no longer play your game. I completely understand the need for incoming revenue, but not when it's almost forced upon the very ones keeping your apps alive by playing or using them. Reconsider.

You constantly get stuck on levels because you cannot advance.. You can deliver items to the people and not lose a single customer, or mess up a single order and STILL not make enough money to advance to the next level. Its literally IMPOSSIBLE, unless you purchase diamonds to upgrade things. Or wait hours to watch an ad to get 2 free diamonds. I really liked the game in the beginning, but I am now stuck at level 39 and cannot go to the next level OR upgrade because I am stuck. Uninstalling.
