Loving this service. I have had to bypass a few websites and apps but at least I had the option to do it. Tha last service wouldn't even allow that, I just had to disconnect. I also like that I can change the location. Surfshark doesn't really slow anything down either. I'll be staying with them for a while!!!

Have been with surfshark for a few years, and had been very happy with their service. Received a renewal notice last week so logged in and renewed for $68.99 AUD . I was actually debited $161.55 AUD. I requested a refund of the difference and was told they cannot do a partial refund. I then requested a full refund and cancellation of subscription, to which they have now issued a partial refund of $105.60 and cancelled my subscription. Disgusting customer service! Do better!!

So many steps to turn of auto-renewal. Can't do it from in app. Disappointing when companies behave like this. And the options when going to the website to cancel auto renewal are disingenuous : stay subscribed or cancel plan renewal in the context of the image and text shown above those options. Just be honest. Just have integrity. Why can't we be better humans??
