I like the value of the annual plan and the overall experience. People don't seem to understand that you can turn off marketing notifications in the app settings if they wanted to. My only complaint is that after this recent UI update, I've been having issues with it trying to reconnect randomly. I'll be trying to do something and won't have connection because it's trying to connect to the vpn. Then I can't access the Internet unless I turn it off. It's not set to block internet without vpn.

I guess it was updated. It looks different , but not actually better in any way. and they're sticking to their bizarre decision to hide the "disconnect" button inside a menu when you hit "pause." of course they are. why make changes that make the app easier to use when you can just make it look slightly different?

Stop asking for notifications! A recent update has made using the app a pain due to the constant requests to allow for notifications every time I open the app. They have made it more difficult to disconnect from an active VPN by burying the disconnect button under the pause menu. I will not be renewing after this recent update of intrusiveness, and lack of UI experts on their team. Do not ask me to contact support for the notifications. This is not an issue on my end at all, and you know it.
