Ratings and reviews

The app on the phone makes your Internet browsing REALLY slow and sometimes many sites don't load at all, the only workaround is disconnect from the app! In the PC it's the same and sometimes you can even connect to the VPN server and you have to restart the PC. I paid for a 1 year subscription that I'm not planning to use. Totally disappointed.

When it, it works, but it is very inconsistent. My wifi is not the issue because when I disconnect the VPN, everything works well again. I have to try reconnecting or changing protocols at least 20 times a day because something won't load at all (youtube, browser, etc.). These outages are a pain in the butt but again, when it works, speed is never an issue.

The amount of times I lose connectivity because of a network change, devices connecting and disconnecting from hotspot, requiring me to force stop the app, is too damn high. Edit: thank you for the answer Drea, but you didn't understand. What I'm describing is that if I change the network, nordvpn still says it's connected, but I cannot access Internet at all, the disconnect button doesn't do anything, and I have to force stop the app. That is definitely not acceptable behavior.
