Constantly loses connection. When it's reconnecting, it never reconnects. Edit: took advice as below and I still have the same issues. Don't see why I should have to get in contact with customer service. Why the hell should I put any work into it. I'm on a standard Samsung s10. There should be no issues. Weird how it worked flawlessly until i paid for a two year subscription! Fix it!

Have cancelled the payment to this service couldn't get the app to setup just a continuous 'lets try again' message. The online tutorial has nothing like this in it, it just a smooth setup with screens that didn't have any resemblance to the screens I was getting and when I asked for help I got a blank email. So if it doesnt work there's no way you're fixing it.

This app is literally a life saver. It's sooo useful. You can use it when you want to go on something that you can only view from a different country or just if you want that extra security. It's also soo cheap, you're basically not paying anything and its way better than the free alternative. My only complaint is that it restricts you from using it's on some particular countries.
