The playback is at the lowest resolution there is, it reminds me of the 2000'. the writing in the videos is barely visible. and the bigger problem for me personally is that I have been hoarding courses for the past year, so the refund period is over. for a paid service I couldn't get any help not even a contact us form. All I found are FAQs that did not solve my problem. I am tech savvy so I know my setup has no issues. I regret every dollar I spent on the 40+ courses that I purchased.

4/5 stars. The courses are awesome. I feel like this is my ticket to getting a promotion at work. Docking one star because not all content is downloadable that you purchase. I do a lot of courses where I do not have access to wifi // do not want to use up cell data (ie commuting or even flying) unfortunately this is an inconvenience/pain point. Also the UI on mobile doesn't have all of the same functionality as web.

Apart from the amazing courses and instructors, I find the app very uneasy and frustrating to use. First of all, not being able to access downloaded courses, is a problem, at the slightest connection dip, the download stops . A lot of glitches on the app, lectures not arranged serially as it is on the site, updates on courses by instructors not been seen on the app, only on the website and even the website can't play videos without glitches. This is so sad and frustrating to users.
