Paid premium can't hear recorded calls All calls are recorded as "unknown" & when I've tried to play "nothing"!!! Pretty annoyed actually because I have had a couple of calls I've needed to record only to go back and see its recorded but can't hear any of them! I have gone into settings and everything is as it should be but still cannot hear any of them. I am uninstalling after this review! I thought it would provide a service after paying for it! Respond to complaints or lose customers!

I have been with them for over 2 year, and it used to work great. Now it doesn't. Some calls say they are recorded, but they are not. It used to be a great app. It is used to record on speaker phone, ear piece, and device. Now, it chooses which to record. I will be finding another app because this one is no longer good. Tape a call works better. I do recommend Tape a Talk. It's free & no issues. It records over the speakers phone, Bluetooth speakers, handsets & ear and over the ear headphones

Great. As long as its switched on. The accessibility randomly switches itself on. So I've missed important calls at times. If that is fixed, so that it doesn't switch itself off, I'll give it 5 stars. I don't want to have to constantly check if accessibility has gone off. Because the recordings are really clear from the other end. Which is something that not all call recording apps have. So I've taken 2 stars away. Due to missing very important calls because of this problem.
