App Stopped Working, Customer Service does not respond. Both the app and my subscription are useless. Update: TY for the reply. I have resubmitted a ticket. UPDATE, Customer service is "not guaranteed" to respond to messages. There are links to a few basic troubleshooting tips but otherwise I can customer service is useless. Subscription canceled but no hope of getting a refund for the useless portion of my annual subscription. App continues to crash just a few seconds after it is opened.

The problem with this app is it works great for a couple months then all the little annoying bugs start creepy crawling their way in. this is the second and last time i've had to cancel this subscription. It started the exact same way. No matter how many times i turn off that STUPID after/postcall notification it wont go away. it was down hill from there. multiple calls FROM MY CONTACTS... DECLINED!! but hey no worries i received all the missed call notificatiations.... A WHOLE HOUR LATER!

When I initially downloaded the app, it was fantastic. It just hung up on all spam calls so I paid for the premium edition. Now the calls go to VM. There is not an option to hang up and not leave a message. I wish I would have purchased a monthly subscription so I could cancel. There was also a lot of feedback when I used when i used the phone. When you use the speaker feature on your phone it makes you pick. This should be a default setting, it's very annoying
