Unfortunately, I purchased a game key for Astro Bot which was clearly marked as “Verified by Eneba”. However, the key I received was for a completely different game. I have been in continuous contact with the support team for the past 10 days, but there has been no progress on my case. Each time, I am told that you are still waiting for a response from the seller, Zulin Keys.

very very bad and miserable app. I bought a gift card from this app and when I wanted to redeem the gift card, they told me it was already used. How did I end up buying a used gift card from this app? I don't know. I'll advise not to be like me. AVOID THIS APP!!. but if you want to go ahead, it's your choice.

​It has been two months since my purchase and I still have no parcel and no refund. I am out 380€ and the company has now blocked my account/communication so I cannot seek a resolution. This is the worst experience I’ve had with an online retailer. I highly recommend looking for a more reputable seller.
