this is the absolute worst system I've had to use to park. The app never gets past the login screen and the browser app is barely better - completely useless app, but you don't get a choice to use it (or fail to use it and wrestle with the browser version), as you'll get a ticket - so I guess there's no reason to care as the developer of this terrible thing

your app is absolute garbage just wouldn't connect I ended up walking and finding one of your pay parking booth which was malfunctioned and the second one 2 blocks away barely worked. you can press add 30 minutes and it would take at least a minute for it to register because of the cold. if there was a way to give you zero Stars ..

Garbage. Unclear how to pay for monthly parking. Bugs and glitches everywhere. Signed up for recurring monthly parking but it's not registered and almost got a ticket. Please fix this app since apparently I have no choice but to use it.
