Ratings and reviews

This app feels very misleading and honestly close to a scam. Every time I try to call an international number, it connects me to a robot voice saying Who’s calling? I can’t hear you! and meanwhile, my credit keeps getting reduced without actually making a proper call. On top of that I was charged $9.49 AUD just to receive $6 credit, which makes no sense at all. The pricing is unclear and the service doesn’t work as expected. Really disappointing experience.

Billing is not transparent. Every call to the AI operator bills your available credit, irrespective of whether your call gets connected to the actual number or not. So, dial a few times without success and your credit is almost gone. Plus, the bill sent after a credit top up does not display the extra transaction fee (2$ or 2€) charged on your payment card.

Except the first day with some problems and being connected to wrong numbers, the rest were ok and successful. Some issues in voice,... we're there sometimes but we're acceptable due to situation problems in the country and problems in normal connections. A bit more expensive in comparison with other applications, but faster connection and better quality compensate it.
