Ratings and reviews

I like the idea of this app but it is very poorly designed. I have found that I have done better on other apps such as Hinge. A few issues that I have encountered are the app consistently crashing, and the speed dating feature can match you with the same person multiple times which is awkward. If you are having trouble getting matches on the app I would suggest not getting MutualUp I have found, I consistently get less matches when I pay for the premium settings.

This app is just alright. After paying for the premium features i thought you would get significantly more filter options than you actually do. One of the filters that i think this app is really lacking is searching by specific shared interests. The search radius slider also felt clunky and only goes down to 10 miles as opposed to 2 like other apps.

Money grab. They take your money, and sometimes they don't match you with anybody. I've gone through everybody I've been paired with, and then there's nothing for a few days. then something like 20 options come through. and then if I match with them, conversations die or don't even continue. this isn't their fault, but maybe they should flag or block non-responsive accounts? and this may sound mean, but I am not interested in matching with anybody in South Africa. I don't even have a passport.
