A team of scammers! I paid for 1-year of service. It initially worked, as it should, for a few weeks, which is when I needed a second-line. Then I suddenly lost the number I had informed as mine. I reached customer service and it was the most bizarre experience... They changed versions many times, stalling, and dragging things out , even saying that it was not their app! Then they finally acknowledged the mistake and started promising to fix the lack of service... It's a professional scam!!!

So at first when you want to buy a number it didn't talk explicitly about getting the number and credit together and even if you have incoming call it would use the credits!!! The second problem, if you open the app and someone calls you at the same time you cannot see their incoming pop-up bar to get the call! Not recommend!!!

The first number I bought for WhatsApp verification worked fine, but that's when the nightmare started. I bought another number for WhatsApp verification and it was banned. Didn't work. Basically they take your money, give you a number that doesn't work and provide 0 customer support or refund. I had to raise a dispute via my credit card provider. Horrible. Edit: they reply my review saying I should contact them for support. I have done so several times and never received a reply.
