It's not very functional, the web page is better. I tried to cast to my screen, it didn't work and every time I open the app it says «there is a problem casting», I try to close it and then the screen frozen with that message. I downloaded videos for a travel, and any of them worked, so it's just a waste of storage and time download them. I don't like the app, but I really need to take the course.

Great service, terrible app. Typical platform decay. constantly signs me out (should be never), frequently starts videos on it's own when I unlock my phone. Never wants to close, doesn't save my recently watched videos consistently, plays ads even though I have a subscription (will cancel if it happens again) and now it's telling me to purchase a subscription (on annual plan) and it's not showing my saved lists. Amateur hour, will replace immediately when I find an alternative.

I thought Udemy is the trustable and worth platform for learning, but it is not. while purchasing the course it mentioned you can raise a refund within 30 days if you didn't like the course. I have seen the course but it seems like giving partial information, so to test I have checked another video but the another video also have the partial information. so I have requested for a refund, now it is saying not applicable for refund. if that's the case why it should show more in preview and cheat.
